Korn announced that they are ready to make a new album and they say that the album will be greatly influenced the band Soundgarden.
Korn guitarist James “Munky“ Shaffer said they will begin to enter the recording studio in April. This album is a continuation of previous album Korn III: Remember Who You Are, in 2010.
“We‘ve gone into the studio to write and since a few months ago, Jonathan Davis (vocals), save the song on her computer and we‘ve brought those songs into the studio. Looks like they‘re really alive, “said Shaffer.
Shaffer also explained that if the material Korn‘s new album will remind his fans with musical nuance Soundgarden.
“Maybe we‘ll start recording in April to try out some songs and incorporate elements of sound that we will try to develop,“ he added.
