HGTV Design Star Season 6 is Based of Innovative Themes


HGTV Design Star is the leading reality show of HGTV which explore the talent of people and provides them a platform so that they can demonstrate their creative skills. Kathleen Finch General Manager of HGTV said, “This year’s finalists are established designers at the top of their game, we put them through rigorous design challenges in real homes, tested their on-camera presence had seasoned industry experts evaluate their work and even asked them to execute a design demonstration on The Nate Berkus Show. Viewers will find this season entertaining and compelling as they witness the emergence of the next HGTV Design Star. This season, I’ve seen the single best room design in the history of HGTV Design Star.”

The first 5 seasons of “HGTV Design Star” win the great praise of people and the season 6 is going to broadcast soon. This season will be based on 10 episodes and the themes from episode 1 to episode 10 are as follows; Make over your living space, White Box, Old Room New Life, Bed and Breakfast, Dream Kitchen Challenge, 24 Hour Wedding, You’ve Been HGTV’d, The Nate Berkus Look For Less Makeover, Tiny Houses, Its Show Time. All-Star Judging Panel for New Season of ‘HGTV Design Star’, Thom Filicia, Robert and Cortney Novogratz, Nate Berkus, Kathy Ireland and Paula Deen and Dina Manzo of Food Network Star as well as previous cast member of Real Housewives of New Jersey are the judges of season 6 “HGTV Design Star” and Genevieve Gorder, Candice Olson and Vern Yip. John Gidding will come out as the guests in the panel.

HGTV Design Star Champion David Bromstad to mentor finalists, who was the winner of season 1. Finalists of season 6 are; Alisha “J” Allen, Chevy Chase, Md.; Meg Caswell, Chicago, Ill.; Kellie Clements, Edmond, Okla.; Mark Diaz, Miami, Fla.; Leslie Ezelle, Dallas, Texas; Blanche Garcia, Montclair, N.J.; Kevin Grace, Chicago, Ill.; Douglas Hines, Atlanta, Ga.; Cathy Hobbs, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Bret Ritter, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Karl Sponholtz, Chicago, Ill.; and Tyler Wisler, South Orange, N.J.

Tasks have been designed to judge the creativity of the finalists and to choose “The Best” among them. Let’s see who will win the heart of judges as well as the title that every one wishes to win.
